Our custom software projects and source codes are governed by specific service level agreements (SLAs) and development contracts signed directly between Brand Maker and our clients.

By using our services, you agree that you will not:
- Use our delivered websites, services, or software solutions for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious activities.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass the security infrastructure of our hosted ERP, CRM, or client database systems.
- Provide inaccurate, outdated, or fraudulent contact and billing details when signing up for services.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless specified otherwise under signed project contracts, all intellectual property rights on this website's content, layout patterns, graphics, scripts, and pre-built software templates belong exclusively to Brand Maker.
Clients retain intellectual property rights to their respective custom assets, brand logos, databases, and custom system configurations as detailed in their specific project development agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brand Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenues, or business data, arising out of database server downtimes, marketing fluctuations, or search engine algorithm updates.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
